About Colmar Christmas Market Tour
This site is an independent guide to the Colmar Christmas markets and a comparison of the Christmas tours you can book around them: guided market walks in Colmar, Alsace village day trips, wine and food tastings, the Unterlinden light show, and day trips from Strasbourg, Basel and Paris. We do not operate or personally conduct these tours. The full line-up sits in the Colmar Christmas markets catalog.
Why It Exists
Each Colmar Christmas market keeps its own calendar, and the Alsace villages keep theirs. The six Colmar markets run 23 November to 29 December and stay open on 25 and 26 December, while Strasbourg closes on 24 December. The tour listings rarely say which markets they visit, what is poured or tasted on the way, or whether the walk runs after dark.
Those are the columns of the comparison here, read off each listing and the organisers' own calendars.
Where the Figures Come From
Tour prices, ratings, review counts and inclusions come from the listing on the platform that sells each tour. Market dates and opening hours come from the Colmar Tourist Office and Alsace tourism. Train times come from SNCF and the regional TER network, and exchange rates from the European Central Bank.
When two sources disagree, the page gives the official one or leaves the figure out.
What You Will Not Find
There is no invented guide or local expert behind these pages, and no claim that anyone from the site joined a tour. Reviews shown are short excerpts from four and five star platform reviews. Prices at the market stalls are not printed, because no official price list exists and each stall posts its own.
How the Site Is Paid For
The booking buttons are affiliate links to GetYourGuide and Viator, and the hotel links go through Stay22. If you book through one, the platform pays a commission and your price does not change. No operator pays for a place, a badge or the pick.
The details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
